Absence/Make-up Policy: It is crucial to prioritize these tutoring or counseling sessions. If students need to reschedule a session, please email scheduling@livius.me by 3pm the day prior to the scheduled session to cancel without penalty. Cancellations after that point may result in that session counting toward your package purchase.
Tutor Match Guarantee & Refund Policy: If you are unsatisfied with your first tutoring session you may switch tutors and your first session will be credited back to your account. If you are still unsatisfied with your tutor after your first session with the new tutor you may request a full refund. There is no refund for cancellations after the second session, however a pro-rated credit will remain on the student’s account to use for any services, online or incenter, at any time. Credits may be transferred to a family member and never expire.
